Buying from us

• Prices are in pounds sterling. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
• Payments are taken securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when you get our confirmation email.
• Merch is made in small runs. If something sells out after you've paid, we'll refund you in full straight away.
• Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen.
• Postage, delivery and returns are covered on our shipping and returns page.
• Vinyl is sold and posted by elasticStage, and their terms apply to vinyl orders.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our music, photos and logo

Everything on this site, including our music, videos, photos, artwork and logo, belongs to Tiebreak or the people who made it. Press, promoters and venues are welcome to use the images and bios in our press kit to promote Tiebreak, with credit. For anything else, please ask first.

Using this website

We try to keep everything here accurate and up to date, but gig details can change. Always check with the venue or ticket seller before you travel. Links to other websites, such as ticket sellers and streaming services, are there for convenience, and we're not responsible for those sites.
